fluids.....urine is consistently light yellow
So arent the first two allowed if all else is perfect????

Yes, you are forgiven. Especially since I have eaten 10X that amount of sugar this week. I brought Krispy Kremes for a classroom potluck today.

Life is too short to deny yourself the simple pleasures. Isn't that why we all workout? So we don't need to worry about the kitkats / whoppers etc?!

chocalate helps prevent heart disease or something right? I think it is definitely warranted :)
