Today I Was ON
5 Magnificent Miles---down to my secret hiding place--ravines, rocks and roots. A glorious run!! I should make it a lap event--it's really too beautiful to keep to myself. 10 laps---a 50-miler! We really need some ultras in this area.....hmmmmmmm.
And the energy....where did it come from??? Could it be the stuff some bad boy brought home last night???
Well 10 loops for 5 miler. maybe you should start it. have limited entries and a water stop at youir secret hiding spot which would not be so secret or hiding anymore but you could make it the Lora 50 miler. maybe even 6 loops + a little extra for the Lora 50k.
I entered races in 2004, after years as a casual runner. Loving the marathon level of running, I now have entered the "dark side" -- ultrarunning. I DNF'd at my first 50 miler, only doing 40 miles. But I hit it in 2009! I am now a legit Ultrarunner!!
