Update

Kitkats.....eaten
Whoppers...eaten
Good & Plenty....unopened
weight lifting.....2x this week
runs.....4 miles, 5 miles, 4 miles so far--on schedule
icing....every night
stretching....every night
fluids.....urine is consistently light yellow

So arent the first two allowed if all else is perfect????

If it's dark chocolate, then umm good.
Did you scrape off the mayo? And you could do without the bun then the rest is good.

Life is too short to deny yourself the simple pleasures. Isn't that why we all workout? So we don't need to worry about the kitkats / whoppers etc?!
I "heart" chocolate too!
