Last Run of the Year


Ran an easy 6. A little ping in the knee showed up so afterwards I stretched real well and iced it. Not pushing anything yet. Still running every other day, stretching daily and weights 3x weekly. Not even the New Year and I'm on par with my resolutions!!!! Seeing the pic I know I'll eventually have to work on form.....it's always something!!

Ahhh the treadmill, my nightmare, but sometimes I have to use it. Running every other day, weight lift 3xweek and daily stretch is a good program to stay fit and ready for the races. Happy 2006!!!!

I, with most others, find the treadmill is not my favorite. I do find them good for some speed work though, as I'm guaranteed of the pace when I'd otherwise slacken off.

I like your consistency, it seems you are building a very solid base.

Have you seen any information on oreck air purifier? I just have not had the best results when blog surfing today. Anywho back to my endless search for oreck air purifier.
